Ubuntu startet nicht

Guten Tag,
Ich hab da ein Problem mit meinem Ubuntu "Feisty Fawn" 7.04.
Ich habs mal wieder Installiert und natürlich Reboot und ganz normal
Ubuntu starten kein "Recovery Mode". Und dann geht der Monitor aus, das fänomän kenn ich, soll was mit denn Grafikeinstellungen zu tun haben.
Hab dann natürlich mal im "Recovery Mode" gestarten und hab da mal versucht was umzustellen ja leider erfolglos.
Ich hoffe mal das ihr da mal ne Lösung habt ich bin am Ende mit meinem Spanisch (IT-Wissen).

Wenn du normal startest, und dann Alt + F1 drückst, kommt das Terminal und du siehst den Ladevorgang. Irgendwann sollte dann mal eine Fehlermeldung kommen.
Oder im Recovery Mode.
Kannst du die Fehlermeldung mal aufschreiben und posten & wichtige Hardwareangaben (Graka, prozzi und so)?

Ja ich hab mal versucht was du mir gesagt hast aber da steht unten dann nur
"Keep direct mapping table . . . . "
und monitor geht wieder aus aber geht auch nicht wieder an
ja jetzt daten vom rechner
CPU Typ: DualCore AMD Athlon 64 X2, 2400 MHz (11 x 218 ) 4800+

Welcher Grafiktreiber ist denn installiert? Vielleicht ist es dasselbe Problem wie bei mir, dass weder der "radeon/ati"-Treiber noch VESA oder ähnliches, sondern ausschließlich der proprietäre "fglrx" ein Bild auf den Monitor bringt...

Ich glauber eher das das Problem an dem "ati" Treiber in der /etc/X11/xorg.conf liegt. Änder da mal den Treiber von "ati" auf "vesa". Danach solltest ein Bild bekommen. Danach den fglrx (original ATI Treiber) installieren und schon hast ein Bild.

Das Problem hatte ich seit (K)Ubuntu 6.10. Ist aber nicht nur bei Ubuntu so sondern auch bei Knoppix,... - zumindest bei mir.
Seit dem dass ich nun eine NVidia habe funktioniert es allerdings fast tadellos.
Dazu aber in einem andern Thema mehr...

hmm hat nicht so den gewünschten erfolg erbracht
was hab ich gemacht:
im RecoveryMode gestarted dann mit nano dir xorg.conf geöffnet und anstatt "ati" - > "vesa" eingesetzt gespeichert und neugestartet dann ubuntu normal gestartet aber es trat wieder das beschriebende problem auf

hm....
und den orig treiber installieren und den versuchen?
Bekommst Du auf deinem Screen ein "out of range" oder so etwas?

Das klingt in meinen Ohren auch komisch. Häng mal vllt deine xorg.conf an.
Vielleicht führt das ja noch zum erwünschten Erfolg =)

so ich hab jetzt mal was von Ubuntuusers.de wiki versucht aber ging auch nicht

ja hatte ich auch und dann hab ich bei dem ubuntu wiki das gelesen und das ausprobiert aber hat auch nichts gebracht aber ich hatte da schon drin

fglrx <- Originaltreiber
Solltest davor hat die Treiber herunterladen (lynx/wget) und diesen dann installieren/compilieren.
Wichtig: Wenn die restricted Modules installiert hast, muss Du den fglrx dort unter die Blacklist eintragen. Ich glaube der Pfad dazu war: /etc/default/linux-restricted-modules oder so ähnlich.

Vorgang:

neustart und normal ubuntu geht immer noch nicht und recovery mode > startx kommt das gleiche monitor geht aus
hab dann alles zurück gemacht also xorg-driver-fglrx removed in die xorg.conf wieder radeon eingetagen aber jetzt gehts immer noch nicht oder jetzt gehen beide x-server nicht

Ich meinte auch, dass Du auf
http://www.ati.de gehst, Dir dort den aktuellen Treiber herunterlädst, dir diesen dann selbst compilierst und dann fglrx einträgst.

Am besten Du deinstallierst die kompletten restricted modules. Die haben bei mir immer Probleme mit dem ATI(fglrx) Treiber gemacht.

naja dann install ich nochmal und dann lad ich mir den runter, hat ich auch aber wusste nicht wirklich was anzufangen also ausführen ich install dann jetzt noch mal evtll kann ja einer oder Sie mir dann noch nen link mit dem kompelieren usw posten
